The team of specialists from the Romania-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry is supporting entrepreneurs by offering free consultation for 2 hours on:

• – Information on starting a business in Romania;
• – Obtaining the right to reside.

If you want to start a business in Romania and don’t know what steps need to be taken, the Romania-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry is there to assist you before and during the process, starting with providing consultation, guidance, preparing necessary documents, completing the application, and obtaining the Registration Certificate from the Trade Register Office.

We offer consultation on:

– Setting up an LLC (SRL) and simplified LLC (SRL-D);

– Establishing a sole proprietorship (PFA), a family-owned company (II) and a joint-stock company (IF);

– Setting up companies with special authorizations;

– Providing a registered office address;

– Mergers/divisions of companies.

Because we support investments in Romania and stand with investors who see real potential in developing a business in Romania, we offer free consultation (2 hours) at the Romania-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry office.

Additionally, if you need information on obtaining/extending temporary residence permits or on granting permanent residence permits to third-country citizens (according to the EMERGENCY ORDINANCE no. 194 of December 12, 2002, republished and updated regarding the regime of foreigners in Romania), we offer free consultation (2 hours) on obtaining permanent residence permits in Romania granted by the Romanian Immigration Office.
